일본 서비스 분야 어휘 분석

「サービス接遇検定」 교재를 중심으로

本稿は日本のサービス分野への就職を準備している日本語学習者の語彙学習のため、「サービス接遇検定」の試験対策教材である『サービス業教科書すらすら合格サービス接遇検定準1級·2級·3級テキスト&問題集』をデータ化し、KH-Coderを利用して品詞別に分析した後、『日本語能力試験出題基準』の語彙と比較した。なお、『日本語能力試験出題基準』の語彙との比較を通して、各サービス分野別の職務関連語彙と共に、共通的にJLPTの何級以上の語彙を学習し、また、その他、学習すべき語彙は何かについて調べてみた。その結果、名詞は1級までの語彙を学習してもサービス分野関連の語彙が54.45%しか理解できないため、1級の語彙と共に、1級以上の語彙と外来語も学習すべきであることがわった。動詞とナ形容詞は1級の語彙まで学習すると、約75%が理解できるため、75%以上の動詞とナ形容詞を理解するためには、1級と共に動詞は、1級以上の複合動詞を、ナ形容詞は1級以上のナ形容詞を学習すべきであることが分かった。なお、イ形容詞は1級までの語彙を学習すると、サービス分野のイ形容詞を約87%理解できるため、87%以上のイ形容詞を理解するためには、1級と共に1級以上の感情を表すイ形容詞を学習すべきことが分かった。

This study analyzed the vocabulary in “Technical Ability of Service and Receiving Visitors” by using KH-Coder and then compared it to the vocabulary of “Japanese Language Proficiency Test Guidebook” through reanalysis in order to promote vocabulary acquisition of Japanese learners who are preparing for service staff members in Japan. Through comparison with JLPT, in the case of the job vocabulary for each service sector, what level of JLPT level or higher vocabulary should be learned in common, and what other vocabulary should be learned were investigated. The results are summarized as follows. Even if a learner acquires nouns to the level of JLPT N1, they can only understand 54.45% of vocabulary in service sector. So it was found that they had to learn vocabulary of JLPT N1 or higher, service sector vocabulary, and loanwords. About 75% of verbs and NA-adjectives can be understood by learning vocabulary up to JLPT N1. So it was found that various compound verbs and NA-adjectives had to learn vocabulary of JLPT N1 or higher. If a learner acquires I-adjectives to the level of JLPT N1, they can understand about 87% of vocabulary. So it was found that they had to learn the vocabulary of JLPT N1 or higher and I-adjectives expressing feelings.
