3D 프린팅 시공 저해요인 분석을 통한 국내 건설현장 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

A Study on Domestic Construction site Activation Plan through Analysis of Factors that Hinder 3D Printing Construction

연구목적 : 3D 프린팅의 시공 저해요인을 분석하여 국내 건설현장의 안전, 경제성, 공기단축, 잠재위험 발견 등 활용성 및 잠재경제성장기여에 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 연구의 변이 타당성 확복를 위해서 전문가 포커스면담을 하였다. 다음으로 연구변인간의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 인과관계를 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 3D 프린팅의 기술력이 국내 건설현장 활용성에 영향 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 3D 프린팅의 재료가 국내 건설현장 활용성에 영향 관계가 있었다. 셋째, 3D 프린팅의 기술력이 국내 건설현장 경제성에는 부분적으로 영향 관계가 있었다. 넷째, 3D 프린팅의 재료가 국내 건설현장 경제성에 영향 관계가 있었다. 결론 : 연구결과를 바탕으로 3D 프린팅 기술력과 재료의 향상은 BIM과 연동이 가능해져 국내 건설현장에서 설계단계에서부터 시공유지관리까지 활용성이 예고되고, 3D 프린팅의 재료 또한 경제성과 관계가 깊은 것을 알 수 있다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors hindering the construction of 3D printing, and to study the usefulness of domestic construction sites, such as safety, economic feasibility, shortening of construction period, discovery of potential risks, and contribution to potential economic growth. Method : Expert focus interviews were conducted to confirm the validity of the variation of the study. Next, a correlation analysis between research variables was conducted. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the causal relationship. Result : First, the technology of 3D printing had an influence on the utilization of domestic construction sites. Second, the material of 3D printing had an influence on the utilization of domestic construction sites. Third, the technology of 3D printing had a partial influence on the economy of domestic construction sites. Fourth, the material of 3D printing had an influence on the economic feasibility of domestic construction sites. Conclusions : Based on the research results, the improvement of 3D printing technology and materials can be linked with BIM, heralding the usability from the design stage to construction maintenance at domestic construction sites, and the materials of 3D printing are also deeply related to economic feasibility.
