텍스트 네트워크 분석을 통한 ‘좋은 상담교사’에 대한 예비 교원의 인식

A Study on the pre-service teachers’ perception of ‘good counseling teacher’: Using text network analysis

본 연구의 목적은 예비 교원의 ‘좋은 상담교사’에 대한 인식을 살펴보는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 연구 참여에 동의한 사범대학 학생 111명으로부터 ‘좋은 상담교사’에 대한 개방형 질문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은NetMiner 프로그램을 이용하여 텍스트 네트워크 분석(Text Network Analysis) 방법을 적용하였다. 연구 결과 예비 교원들의 ‘좋은 상담교사’에 대한 인식에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 키워드는 ‘학생’, ‘대화’, ‘공감’으로나타났다. 또한 커뮤니티 분석을 통해 ‘좋은 상담교사’‘에 대한 인식의 하위 구조를 탐색한 결과 다섯 개의 커뮤니티로 분류되었다. 5개의 커뮤니티는 신뢰 관계 형성, 공감적 태도, 전문적 역량, 소통 능력, 학생에 대한 깊은이해로 나타났다. 이와 관련하여 논의한 후 연구의 한계를 밝히고 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore pre-service teachers' perception of 'good counselors'. To this end, data were collected through open-ended questions about 'good counselors' from 111 students in the college of education who agreed to participate in the study. For data analysis, a text network analysis method was applied using the NetMiner program. As a result of the study, it was found that the most important things in the pre-service teachers' perception of a 'good counselor' were 'student', 'conversation', and 'empathy'. In addition, as a result of exploring the substructure of the perception of 'good counselor' through community analysis, it was classified into five communities. The five communities appeared as Building relationships of trust, empathic attitude, professional competence, communication skills, deep understanding of students. After discussing this, the research and limitations were identified, and further research was suggested.
