북한이탈주민의 정착문제와 전망

이 논문의 목적은 남한 내 북한이탈주민의 정착에 따른 여러 가지 문제점 중 특히 취업문제에 초점을 둔다. 북한이탈주민의 남한사회 조기정착의 성패는 거의 대부분이 경제적인 문제가 주요인이라는 점을 감안하여 북한이탈주민의 남한사회 적응현황과 정부의 지원체계, 하나원에서의 직업훈련, 북한이탈주민의 취업현황과 문제점을 고찰하고 대안으로 사회적기업을 통한 사회적응 지원방안을 제시하고져 한다.

This article is focused on analysis about problem of employment for North Korean refugees(NKR) those who settle down in Korea society. Successful or not for early settlement of Korea society for NKR's is a leading cause that are problems of the economic aspects. Thus, This thesis contemplated present condition of Korea society for NKR's, A Supporting System for NKR, vocational training of 'HANAWON' and current state of employment for NKR. An alternative way, It showed that social adaptation by social enterprise.
