커뮤니티케어와 노인의 삶의 질에 관한 기초연구

A Basic Study on Community Care and Quality of Life for the Elderly: focused on the elderly in Seocheon-gun

본 연구에서는 정부가 주요 복지정책의 하나로 추진하는 커뮤니티케어 사업에 있어서 수혜자의 삶의 질에 차이가 있는가를 중심으로 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 기존복지대상자와 커뮤니티케어 대상자의 차이를 분석하여 복지정책의 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 배우자 유무, 독거 여부, 일자리 참여 여부, 수급자 여부, 연령과 학력에서 노인의 삶의 질의 차이가 있었다. 둘째 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 기존복지대상자와 커뮤니티케어 대상자 간의 삶의 질의 차이가 있었다. 기존복지대상자는 배우자 유무, 독거 여부, 일자리 참여 여부, 수급자 여부에서 유의한 차이가 있었고 커뮤니티케어 대상자는 일자리 참여 여부와 수급자 여부에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 기존복지대상자와 커뮤니티케어 대상자 간의 건강상태, 사회적관계망, 삶의 질의 차이가 있었다. 기존복지대상자와 커뮤니티케어 대상자와의 관계에서 건강상태와 삶의 질에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과는 기존복지대상자가 커뮤니티케어 대상자 보다 상대적으로 건강하다고 지각하고 있고 삶의 질을 높게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 기존복지대상자와 커뮤니티케어 대상자의 변인에 대한 차이 구분 등을 통해 보다 섬세한 복지정책의 접근이 필요하다 할 수 있다.

This study focused on whether there is a difference in the quality of life of beneficiaries in the community care project promoted by the government as one of the major welfare policies. The purpose is to provide basic data on welfare policies by analyzing the differences between existing welfare targets and community care targets according to demographic sociological characteristics. According to this study, First, there were differences in the quality of life of the elderly in the presence of spouses, whether they lived alone, whether they participated in jobs, whether they were recipients, age and educational background, according to demographic sociological characteristics. Second, there was a difference in the quality of life between existing welfare subjects and community care subjects according to demographic sociological characteristics. Third, there were differences in health status, social network, and quality of life between existing welfare recipients and community care recipients. There were differences in health status and quality of life in the relationship between existing welfare recipients and community care recipients. Therefore, it may be necessary to approach delicate welfare policies by distinguishing differences between variables of existing welfare targets and community care targets.
