Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of interpersonal ability and resilience on clinical practice stress in dental hygiene students which was experienced at clinical practice. Methods: The participants were 173 dental hygiene students. Data was collected from May 1 to 30, 2022. Results: Factors influencing clinical practice stress showed significant relationships in practice period, grades, resilience, and practice institutions, and the explanatory power was 35.6%. Conclusions: As a result, in order to reduce the stress of dental hygiene students in clinical practice, it is necessary to identify factors in practice institutions that affect clinical practice stress, and counseling with psychologists and psychological reinforcement programs to improve students' resilience and interpersonal skills.
