예비수학교사 창의･인성 역량 강화를 위한 교과교육학 강의 분석

Analysis of Lectures for Strengthening Creativity and Personality of Pre-Mathematics Teachers

수학과 교육과정은 교수·학습에서 창의·인성을 강조한다. 2015개정 교육과정에서는 창의·융합, 태도 및 실천 교과역량을 통해 이를 구체화하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 예비수학교사의 창의·인성 역량을 강화하고, 이를 학교수업현장에서 실현하기 위한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 사범대학 수학교육과 교과교육학 강좌를 창의·인성 역량 함양에 초점을 맞추어 진행하였다. 이 강의를 통해 예비수학교사의 창의성, 인성 역량 함양에 유의미한 변화가 있었는지 양적 분석과 더불어 8주간의 수업 참여 관찰을 통해 교과교육학 강의에 대한 질적 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 수학 교과교육학 수업 운영에 의미 있는 시사점 도출이 기대된다.

Educating for character was emphasized in 2015 & 2009 reformed Korea national mathematics curriculum. Thus, in this study we basically conducted to realize the creativity and character education. The purpose of this study is to successfully lectures in the 'Mathematics Curriculum and Textbook Research' subject that is mathematics education department’s major subject in teacher college, and to analyze the results. For the purpose of this study, the following study was carried out. First, we develop a lesson plan, teaching and learning plan, learning materials based on creativity and personality. Second, we taught a class based on the creativity and personality. Third, we analyze the effectiveness of the teaching efficacy about pre-service math teacher. Fourth, we conducted a qualitative analysis of the 'Mathematics Curriculum and Textbook Research' subject lessons through the Classes observer.
