KDB 모형에 근거한 대학 교육과정 통합 설계 가능성 탐색

A Study on the Possibility an Integrated Design for University Curriculum based on KDB Model

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 KDB 모형에 근거하여 대학 교육과정 통합 설계 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구방법 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 통합 교육과정과 KDB 모형을 고찰한 후, 통합 설계 구성요소를 추출하고, 이를 기반으로 대학 교육과정의 『인성과리더십』 교과목을 설계하였다. 연구결과 KDB 모형의 세 가지 통합 요소를 토대로, 『인성과리더십』 교과목의 목표, 개념 망 구성, 성취기준,평가 및 수업 설계 등을 도출하였다. 교과목의 목표로는 인성과리더십 프로그램을 통해 학생들의 지식균형과 상호작용 함양, 인성과 리더십에 관한 관점 신장, 공동체 의식 함양으로 추출하였다. 또한, 개념망 구성을 통해 12개의 성취기준과 평가 설계, 학습 주제와 교수-학습 활동, 수업 및 평가방법 등을 설계하여 학습자 중심의 통합 교과목 목표를 달성하도록 구성하였다. 결론 연구 결과를 통해 KDB 모형이 대학 교육과정에서의 통합 설계로 적용 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 시대적 변화에 따른 대학 교육의 변화, 이에 따른 대학 교원 역할의 변화 요구 등에 대응하여,대학 교원의 교육과정 인식과 재구성 역량 향상을 위한 이론적 근거를 제시해 줄 수 있다는 점에서 의의가있다.

Purpose: This study explored the possibility of designing an integrated university curriculum basedon the KDB model. Methods: To achieve this objective, the following areas were explored: the integrated curriculum and KDB model, and the integrated design components were extracted. Based on this, the 『Personalityand Leadership』 university course was designed. Results: Based on the three integrated elements of the KDB model, the goal, conceptual network composition, achievement standard, and evaluation and instruction design of the 『Personality and Leadership』 course were derived. The goal of the course was extracted as the cultivation of students' knowledge balance and interaction through the personality and leadership program, the enhancement of perspectives on personality and leadership, and the cultivation of a sense of community. In addition, through the construction of a conceptual network, 12 achievement standards, evaluation design, learning topics, teaching-learning activities, instruction and evaluation methods were designed to achievelearner-centered integrated course goals. Conclusion: The research results suggested the possibility that the KDB model can be used in the university curriculum. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it can provide implications for changes in university education and the demand for changes in the role of university professors, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving university professors' awareness of the curriculum and restructuring capacity.
