听中国相关课程的大学生的多文化接受度根据个人变因的不同与共情能力、自我尊重感的关系研究: 以N大学为中心

本研究的目的是确认听与中国相关科目课的大学生的个人背景变因,自我尊重感、共情能力、多文化接受度之间的关系。为此,研究者以在2023年第一学期选修了和中国相关的公共选修课的N大学在读学生为研究对象,对他们进行了问卷调查,回收的有效问卷为115份。采用了SPSS 25来分析资料,处理数据,研究结果证明多文化接受度根据个人背景变因(性别、外国滞留经验)存在差异。因此,为了提高大学生的多文化接受度,通过增加他们的多文化接触机会是有效的方式。另外,多文化接受度与自我尊重感和共情能力之间存在相关关系。特别是比起共情能力,多文化接受度受自我尊重感的影响更为显著。也就是说可以把提高大学生的自我尊重感和多文化接受度融合在一起,达到事半功倍的效果。本研究的样本相对较小,所以研究结果具有很大的局限性。需要通过进行多种多样的研究得到进一步的证实。

The purpose of this study was to confirm the relationship between individual background factors, self-respect, empathy, and intercultural sensitivity of the college students who listen to the courses related to China. Therefore, the researchers surveyed N University students who took public elective courses related to China in the first semester of 2023. 115 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS 25 was used to analyze the data and process the data. The results showed that intercultural sensitivity varies according to individual background variables (sex, expatriate experience). Therefore, it is effective to increase the intercultural sensitivity of college students by increasing their opportunities for multicultural contact. In addition, there is a correlation between intercultural sensitivity and self-respect and empathy. In particular, intercultural sensitivity was more influenced by self-respect than empathy. In other words, it can improve the self-respect and intercultural sensitivity of college students at the same time to achieve the same effect with half an effort. The sample size of this study is relatively small, so the results of this study have great limitations. It needs to be further confirmed through a wide range of studies.
