Big Data Analysis Research on Private Investigation Systems

본 연구에서는 민간조사제도 관련 언론보도 분석을 뉴스 빅데이터 분석사이트인 ‘빅카인즈’를 통해 민간조사제도를 언론이 어떤 방식으로 의미화 하는지를 탐색하고자 한다. 따라서 언론의 빅데이터화 및 분석시스템을 제공해 다양한 언론사로부터 데이터를 수집하여 뉴스콘텐츠로 만들어진 뉴스빅데이터 분석시스템 빅카인스(BIGKinds)를 통해서 민간조사에 대한 언론보도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2000년대, 2010년대, 2020년대로 구분하고 해당하는 기간의 매년 관련 기사 건수를 도출하여 제시함으로써 키워드 흐름을 파악하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫재, 2000년대는 민간조사의 언론 트랜드 분석은 아직 민간조사제도의 국민적 관심과 학계에서 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있지 않은 상황에서 언론보도 빈도 수는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 2010년대는 2000년대 대비 민간조사제도에 대한 높은 토픽랭크가 나타났으며, 정부정책 및 민간조사 관련 학계, 산업계에서 다양한 연구 및 교육이 이루어 지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 2020년대는 관련 법률이 개정됨에 따라 민간조사제도의 새로운 변화를 예고하여 높은 토픽랭크로 나타났다. 따라서 국민의 권익보호, 직역간에 갈등 최소화 및 국가 치안의 한계를 보완하여 국민의 치안수요에 많은 도움이 될 수 있는 방향으로 나가길 기대한다.

In this study, we would like to explore how the media means the private investigation system through “Big Cains,” a news big data analysis site. Therefore, it provided a big data system for the media and collected data from various media organizations to analyze media reports on private investigations through BigKinds, a news big data analysis system created as news content. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, the flow of keywords was identified by dividing them into 2000s, 2010s and 2020s and deriving and presenting the number of related articles every year during that period. As a result of this study, it was found that in the 2000s, the frequency of media reporting was low at a time when public interest in the private investigation system and various studies were not conducted in academia. Second, in the 2010s, there was a high topic rank on the private survey system compared to the 2000s, and various research and education were conducted in academia and industry related to government policies and private surveys. Third, the 2020s marked a high topic rank as related laws were revised, heralding a new change in the private investigation system. Therefore, it is hoped that the government will move in a direction that will greatly help the people's security demand by supplementing the protection of citizens' rights, minimizing conflicts between direct translations, and limitations of national security.
