This study attempted to investigate the influence of job stress and grit on turnover intention against aestheticians. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against 151 aestheticians in the capital region and Gyeongsang-do. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics in jamovi, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis, and the results found the followings: In turnover intention-job stress relationships, a positive correlation was observed. In contrast, grit had a negative effect on turnover intention. To reduce turnover intention, consequently, it is important to reduce job stress and improve grit, a personality trait possessed by individuals. It is anticipated that the study results would make a contribution to the growth of aesthetics industry by improving service quality and enhance the quality of life for aestheticians.
