The Influence of Service Quality on Customer Trust and Psychological Wellbeing in Waxing Salon

This study attempted to investigate the influence of service quality on customer trust and psychological wellbeing in waxing salons and provide basic data needed in developing marketing strategies for long-term business management. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against adult women in their 20-30s, who visited a waxing salon before from September 13 to October 4, 2022. A total of 261 copies were used for final analysis, and the results found the followings: First, service quality had a positive influence on customer trust with statistical significance. Second, service quality revealed a positive effect on psychological wellbeing with statistical significance. The above results confirm that service quality is a critical factor affecting customer trust and psychological wellbeing in waxing salons. In conclusion, it is required to build customer trust by improving the quality of services. It is anticipated that the study results would be available as basic data needed to send a message to customers and develop marketing strategies for long-term business management.
