디지털 신기술 훈련사업 운영모델별 학습자 경험과 인식 분석

Analyzing Learner Experiences and Perceptions According to the Models for Digital New Skill Training : Focusing on the K-Digital Training Business

본 연구의 목적은 정부 주도로 이루어진 대표적 디지털 직업훈련인 K-Digital Training(KDT) 참여자들의 훈련 경험과 인식을 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 운영된 KDT의 세부 유형인 디지털선도기업아카데미(대기업주도 형), 벤처스타트업 아카데미(산업계주도형), 지역주도형 아카데미(지역주도형)에 참여한 훈련생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 1,271명의 응답 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 KDT 과정에 대한 만족도는 디지털 선도기업 아카데미가 다른 두 유형에 비하여 높았고, 참여기업 구성에 대한 만족도 또한 유의한 수준에서 높게 나타났다. 프로젝트 수업에 대한 만족도는 세 개 아카데미 모두 전반적 만족도에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타나, 향후 KDT 훈련사업의 지속적이며 균형적인 발전 방향과 프로젝트 수업의 질적 향상을 위한 시사점이 논의되었다.

This study aims to ascertain learners’ experiences and perceptions regarding the K-digital training, which is a representative government-initiated project of vocational training for the development of digital technologies. A survey was conducted with 1,271 learners who had participated in three types of K-digital trainings: digital leader academy, venture start-up academy, and local-based academy. The results indicated that the learners involved with the digital advancement company academy showed higher satisfaction compared to those involved with the other two academies. Satisfaction with the project-based instruction was lower compared to the overall satisfaction with the three academies. Based on the results, the final suggestions were discussed for a sustainable and balanced development of the K-digital training and the quality improvement of project-based instruction.
