진로장벽이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 진로스트레스의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Career Efficacy on the Effects of Career Barriers on Career Stress: Focus on Adolescents in Correctional Facilities

본 연구는 교정시설 청소년을 대상으로 진로장벽이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 진로스트레스의 매개효과를 확인하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 또한 이를 기반으로 교정시설 청소년들의 진로스트레스를 낮추기 위한 방안 모색에 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 G소년교도소에 입소 중인 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 총 127부를 최종 분석자료로 사용하였다. 분석 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 진로장벽의 하위요인 중 우유부단한성격, 직업정보부족, 자기명확성부족이 진로스트레스에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로장벽과 진로스트레스의 영향관계에서 진로결정자기효능감이 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 교정시설 청소년의 진로스트레스를 낮추기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용함으로 교정시설 청소년이 출소 후 사회에 긍정적으로 적응함에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

This study was conducted with the purpose of confirming the annual correction of career stress in the effect of career barriers on career decision self-efficacy for adolescents in correctional facilities. Also, based on this, it was intended to be used as basic data for the development of educational programs to reduce career stress of adolescents in correctional facilities. The research subjects surveyed adolescents in G Juvenile Prison, and a total of 127 copies were used as the final analysis data. For analysis data, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediation regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0. As a result of the study, it was found that among the sub-factors of career barriers, indecisive personality, lack of job information, and lack of self-clearance had a significant positive effect on career stress. In addition, it was confirmed that career decision self-efficacy has a mediating effect in the relationship between career barriers and career stress. Based on the results of this study, by developing and applying an educational program to reduce the career stress of juvenile delinquents in correctional facilities, it will be possible to help the adolescents in correctional facilities to positively adapt to society after release.
