“沉浸式”英语学习具有浸入、临境、交互的特点,本文在回顾沉浸式英语学习模式的基础上,从理念、环境、教师等方面提出了沉浸式英语教学实施策略,以期能够提高英语学习质量和水平。为了实施“沉浸式”英语学习模式,教师可以实现以学生为中心的课堂,让学生能够积极参与和互动,发挥他们的主体性和创造性;还要为学生营造习得的英语学习环境,创造一个实际语境和真实交流的氛围;最重要的是建设高质量的双语教师队伍,提供优质的教学资源和指导,帮助学生更好地学习和使用英语。

Immersive English learning is characterized by immersion, scenario-based learning, and interaction. It represents a bilingual teaching model where the second language serves as the primary medium of instruction and is widely recognized as a successful approach to second language education worldwide. This article offers a comprehensive review of the immersive English learning model and presents strategies for its effective implementation, considering philosophical, environmental, and instructional dimensions. The aim is to enhance the quality and proficiency of English language acquisition. To successfully implement the immersive English learning model, educators can establish student-centered classrooms, enabling students to actively participate, interact, and unleash their autonomy and creativity. Additionally, creating an English-immersive learning environment facilitates natural language acquisition and authentic communication. Finally, it is essential to assemble a high-quality bilingual teaching team, offering students exceptional educational resources and guidance to enhance their English learning and usage effectively.
