“双减”政策下课程思政元素融入体育教育的路径研究

Research on the Approach of Integrating “Ke-Cheng Si-Zheng” Elements into Physical Education under the “Double Reduction” Policy

本文旨在研究“双减”政策背景下,如何将体育教育与课程思政元素有机融合。通过梳理相关文献和实证研究,我们发现当前体育教育在课程设计和实施中,存在着思政元素的不足和体育教育功能的单一化问题,进而提出优化课程设计与教材开发、提高教师培训与专业发展、推动跨学科合作与共享资源、组织特色活动与实践项目、创新教育技术应用方向等途径,以促进体育教育与课程思政元素的融合,以期为学校的体育教学提供理论支持和实践指导。

This article aims to explore the organic integration of physical education with Ke-Cheng Si-Zheng elements within the curriculum, considering the backdrop of the “double reduction” policy. Through a review of relevant literature and empirical research, we have identified deficiencies in both the inclusion of Ke-Cheng Si-Zheng elements and the oversimplification of physical education's role in current curriculum design and implementation. We propose strategies to enhance curriculum design and textbook development, improve teacher training and professional development, foster interdisciplinary collaboration and resource sharing, organize distinctive activities and practical projects, and innovate the application of educational technology. These efforts aim to facilitate the seamless integration of physical education with Ke-Cheng Si-Zheng elements within the curriculum. Ultimately, this research provides theoretical underpinnings and practical guidance for physical education instruction in schools.
