随着我国社会保障事业的蓬勃发展,社会保障学课程教学的改革创新逐渐引发广泛关注,如何构建完善的教学模式,促进社会保障学教学指导的系统落实,成为教育实践中需要重点分析和探究的内容。本文从社会保障学教学改革入手,尝试从专题知识讲授、交流型课堂讨论、学习型组织氛围、体验式社会实践角度,探索了“四位一体”教学模式的建构和应用,并从完善社会保障学综合课程体系、打造高素质社会保障学师资队伍、整合数据化社会保障学教育资源、开展创新性社会保障学社会实践角度提出了教育改革的建议,希望能促进社会保障学课程教学活动的系统创新,切实提高人才培养工作的综合质量,优化社会保障人才培养成效,为我国社会保障事业的现代化发展提供人才支撑。
With the robust development of China’s social security initiatives, the reform and innovation of the Social Security course teaching have increasingly garnered widespread attention. The construction of an ideal teaching model and the implementation of teaching guidance in Social Security have emerged as focal points for analysis and exploration in educational practice. This article commences its exploration of teaching reform in Social Security by proposing the development and application of a comprehensive “four-in-one” teaching model. This model encompasses specialized knowledge instruction, interactive classroom discussions, a student-centric organizational environment, and immersive social practical experience. Furthermore, the article suggests educational reform initiatives such as enhancing the comprehensive curriculum framework for Social Security, cultivating a high-quality teaching faculty for the same, integrating data-driven educational resources in the field, and fostering innovative social practices within Social Security. It is our hope that these reform measures will facilitate systematic innovation in Social Security course instruction, effectively elevate the overall quality of talent cultivation, optimize the effectiveness of social security workforce development, and provide the necessary talent support for the modernization of China’s social security initiatives.
