Marine tourism's importance is increasing daily for the sound emotional and health management of the people and the continuous recreation culture. Interest in a marina, which is in the spotlight as a significant marine leisure facility, is also increasing, and the Seoul metropolitan area and local governments are making great efforts to upgrade the development and operation of new marina facilities due to Korea's geographical characteristics of the sea on three sides. This study was conducted to analyze the issues and changes in marinas before and after the outbreak of COVID-19. As a result of the study, first, before the attack of COVID-19, keywords such as resort, Singapore, travel, yacht, marina port, reservation, and development appeared with a high frequency of appearance, and after the outbreak of COVID-19, Hoi An, business, travel recommendation, and information, Ulsan, and yachts appeared with a high frequency of occurrence. Second, due to the degree centrality analysis, the interest and use of overseas marina facilities were high before the outbreak of COVID-19. After the attack of COVID-19, increased interest in developing and creating new marina facilities in Korea was confirmed. Third, CONCOR analysis confirmed a cluster of five keywords before and after the outbreak of COVID-19.
