The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Cruise ship Organizational Culture on Job Stress, Job Performance and Customer Orientation. Based on extensive literature review, the organizational culture of cruise ship was divided into four factors: clan, adhocracy, hierarchy, and market culture. The questionnaires were distributed through e-mail and online surveys to cruise crew members working on C, R and P global Cruise lines and the survey period is from September 6, 2022 to September 20, 2022. A total of 272 samples were selected and were analyzed accordingly. The results are as follows. First, Hierarchical culture showed a positive effect on job stress, and Market & Adhocracy culture had a negative effect on job stress, but Clan culture did not affect job stress. Second, Hierarchical culture had a significant positive effect on job performance but Clan culture and Market & Adhocracy culture did not affect job performance. Third, Hierarchical culture and Market & Adhocracy culture showed a positive effect on customer orientation but Clan culture showed an insignificant effect on customer orientation. Lastly, job performance had a positive effect on customer orientation. Applying the concept of organizational culture to the cruise ship context, the study drew several unique findings. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
