This study was designed to examine the structural relationships of grit, organizational trust, job performance, and turnover intention in the hotel industry. In order to accomplish the study goals, a field survey was fulfilled with full-time employees working in the hotel industry. For analyzing the data, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance analysis were conducted by using the statistical package of SPSS and AMOS. The results of this study are as follows: First, the grit(continuous effort, keep interesting) have positive effects on the level of hotel employees' organizational trust. Second, the grit(continuous effort, keep interesting) positively affects the level of hotel employees' job performance. Third, the grit(continuous effort, keep interesting) negatively impacts the level of hotel employees' turnover intention. Fourth, the organizational trust have a positive effect on the level of hotel employees' job performance. Fifth, the organizational trust reduces the level of hotel employees turnover intention. Based on the study results, theoretical and practical implications were suggested at the last chapter of the paper.
