In this study, we differentiated ourselves from existing studies by setting virtuous behavior that voluntarily emerges from the ethical character of superiors and members as a leading variable for organizational change, rather than somewhat artificial organizational behavior such as existing leadership and power. Therefore, the purpose of this study is approached in two ways. Accordingly, this study firstly reviews literature and empirical studies related to organizational virtues, and secondly, verifies the effectiveness of organizational virtues that can affect organizational trust and organizational loyalty, which are very important performance indicators for the development of hotel companies. We aim to present theoretical and practical implications based on the results. As a result of analyzing the impact of organizational virtue on organizational trust, it was found to have a positive influence, and Hypothesis 2, organizational trust will have a significant effect on organizational loyalty.' Hypothesis 3, organizational virtue will have a significant impact on organizational loyalty. It will have a significant positive impact on loyalty.’ All were adopted.
