As a result of analyzing the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the dining out industry, it appeared that there had been the influences on 4 kinds of dimensions, largely. If this is subdivided even more, it is the following: Firstly, regarding the COVID-19, not only the simple pandemic crisis before, it had caused the new challenges in the diverse domains, including the economic contraction by giving a big blow to the global village economy, the reorganization of the industrial structure, the spreading of the new, untact life behavior, the acceleration of the conversion into the digital era, the response regarding the untact labor environment, etc. Secondly, with regard to the developments of the business types, of which the decreases of the numbers of the businessmen had been big, it can be known that, in the pub-related business types, relatively, after the occurrence of the COVID-19 confirmed cases, the speed of the decrease of the number of the businessmen had been quick. Because of such an influence, the inequality of the dining out industry had been deepened. Because of the business restriction resulting from the continued spreading of the infection and the others of the like, the influence resulting from the direct restriction of the restaurant industry had become bigger. And, because of the deepening of the inequality, the result of the disaster support money being paid was caused.
