This study focused on the planned behavior theory as a study of the impact of the pandemic on the tourism industry after the pandemic in a situation where the pandemic around the world has a lot of effects on the tourism industry. Based on the results of hypothesis verification, first, risk perception after the COVID-19 pandemic was shown to have a significant effect in part on planned behavior. Second, as a result of the verification of the effect of planning behavior on the will of choice, we can see that attitudes or subjective norms in planning behaviors affect and affect perceived behavioral control. Third, after the COVID-19 pandemic, risk perception has a significant effect on the intention of choice, and the physical and psychological risk perception has an effect, and social risk perception does not have a result. Fourth, the planning behavior between risk perception and the intention of choice is an analysis of the control effect, and it can be seen that the planning behavior is both controlled on the effect between the physical, social, and psychological risk perception and the intention of choice.
