제조업체 구성원들의 직무능력개발 지원정책에 관한 연구

A Study on Government Support Policy for Job Competency Development of Employees of Manufacturing Firms: Focusing on Manufacturing SMEs in Ulju-gun, Ulsan, South Korea

이 연구는 지역 중소·중견 제조업체의 직무능력개발 지원 현황을 분석하여 향후 지방정부가 지역 중소·중견 제조업체 구성원들의 직무능력개발을 지원하기 위해 필요한 지방정부의 지원방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 지역 중소·중견 제조업체 구성원들의 직무능력개발을 위한 지방정부의 정책적 지원방안으로 찾아가는 직무교육 프로그램 운영, 지역 대학 캠퍼스를 활용한 직무능력 향상 교육훈련 프로그램 무상 지원, 업종별 수요 맞춤형 E-Learning 콘텐츠 개발 및 지원, 직무 관련성이 높은 자격증 취득 지원 및 교육비 지원금 확대를 제안하였다. 그러나 이 외에도 지방정부가 지역의 중소·중견 제조업체 구성원들의 직무능력개발을 지원할 수 있는 방안들은 다양하게 제시될 수 있을 것이다.

This study seeks to analyze the status of support for job competency development of local manufacturing SMEs and to propose the direction of local government policies needed to support the job competency development of employees of local manufacturing SMEs. Main results of this study suggest operation of onsite job training programs, free support for employment skills development programs using nearby university campuses, and developing and delivering E-Learning content tailored to the needs of each manufacturing SME, support for obtaining a highly job-related certificate, and expansion of subsidies for education expenses for obtaining the certificate as the local government support policies. In addition to these local government support policies, various alternatives can be considered by each local government to support the job competency development of employees of local manufacturing SMEs.
