The COVID-19 pandemic has elevated global public health security governance to a top priority, exposing existing issues while also driving the transformation of global public health security governance. In the post-pandemic era, global public health security governance will face new problems and challenges. The forms of global public health security threats have become more severe, there is a deficit in public health security governance, and disagreements arise in global public health security governance.
