书院制下辅导员思政工作研究

A Study on the Ideological and Political Work of Counselors under the Academy System

近年来,随着高校扩招,学生数量在不断增加,传统的大学本科培养模式和学生管理模式面临着挑战。书院制作为一种新型的教育管理模式,国内部分高校已经先期逐步建立书院,希望通过新的管理模式和育人模式的应用,实现真正的“以生为本”。作为高校思政教育的一员,辅导员的工作不是简单的学生管理工作,更为重要的是学生的思想政治教育工作。书院制的实行,对于辅导员而言,既是一种挑战,也带来了新的发展机遇。因此,在书院制下,如何开展辅导员思想政治工作,是一个亟待研究的问题。

In recent years, with the expansion of university enrollments, there has been a continuous increase in the number of students. The traditional models of undergraduate training and student management in universities are now confronting various challenges. Academies have emerged as a novel educational management model, and several Chinese universities have gradually integrated academies into their systems. These institutions aim to realize a genuinely “student-centered” approach by applying innovative management and educational models. For counselors, who hold a crucial role in ideological and political education within universities, their responsibilities go beyond simple student management; their primary focus lies in the ideological and political education of students. The implementation of the academy system poses not only a challenge for counselors but also offers new opportunities for professional development. Therefore, addressing how to conduct ideological and political work effectively under the academy system has become an urgent issue warranting further investigation.
