This study investigated the relationship between Taekwondo gym director-instructor exchange relationship and organization-based pride and organizational commitment. First, the exchange relationship between Taekwondo gym directors and instructors affects organization-based pride. In particular, the higher the desire to contribute, emotional attachment, and loyalty, excluding intellectual respect, the higher the instructor's organization-based pride. Second, the exchange relationship between Taekwondo gym directors and instructors affects organizational commitment. In particular, the higher the desire to contribute, loyalty, and intellectual respect, excluding emotional attachment, the higher the instructor's organizational commitment. Third, the organization-based pride of Taekwondo gym instructors was found to have an effect on organizational commitment.
