Research on the Reform and Practical Strategies of Vocational Training Courses under the Guidance of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

Guided by the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship, the comprehensive training courses in higher vocational colleges were reformed and innovated. Adhering to the guidance of ‘innovation, entrepreneurship and practice’, the design and application of a new training course system were promoted, aiming to construct a comprehensive training course integrated practice model and achieve significant development in comprehensive training education. This article explores and analyzes the reform and innovation of vocational training courses based on the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship education, proposes practical strategies for training courses from multiple perspectives, and aims to strengthen the foundation of vocational training education in the direction of innovation and entrepreneurship, optimizing the effectiveness of talent training work systematically.

基于创新创业理念的指导对高职院校的综合实训课程进行改革创新，秉承“创新、创业、实践”导向促进全新实训课程体系的设计和应用，能构建完善的实训课程综合实践模式，使综合实训教育取得良好的发展成效。本文基于创新创业教育的指引，针对高职实训课程的改革创新进行了探索分析，从多角度提出了实训课程的实践策略，希望能夯实创新创业方向下高职实训教育的基础，使人才培养工作的效能得到系统性的优化。
