특수교육 보조인력의 직무역량 구성요소 분석

Analysis of Constituents of Paraeducator Job Competency

본 연구는 특수교육 보조인력의 직무 관련 선행연구 및 문헌을 분석하여 특수교육 보조인력의 직무역량 구성요소를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로 먼저, 전문가협의를 거쳐 특수교육 보조인력의 직무역량 구성요소에 대한 초안을 작성하였고, 문항수준 내용 타당도(I-CVI) 및 평가자 간 신뢰도(IRR)를 실시하여 타당도를 검증하였다. 그 후 도출된 특수교육 보조인력의 직무역량 구성요소를 수정된 델파이 방법(Modified Delphi Technique)을 통해 2차례에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 시 문항에 따라 내용타당도 비율(CVR)과 델파이 패널의 의견 합의도와 수렴도 검증, 표준편차를 활용하여 델파이 패널 간의 의견일치 정도를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 특수교육 보조인력의 직무역량은 7개 영역에서 46개 구성요소가 도출되었으며 도출된 특수교육 보조인력의 직무역량 구성요소는 대체적으로 타당하다고 검증되었다. 그리고 본 연구 결과를 기초로 논의점과 제언을 제시하였다.

The objective of this study was to analyze related research and literature of paraeducator job competency and deduce the constituents of paraeducator job competency. First, this study drew up a draft regarding paraeducator job competency through expert consultation and carried out an I-CVI(Item-level Content Validity Index) and IRR(Inter-rater Reliability) to verify validity. Then, two sessions of questionnaire surveys were conducted based on the modified delphi technique regarding the deduced constituents. As for delphi survey site, to obtain results, the degree of agreement in the panel’s opinions was verified by applying the CVR (Content Validity Ratio), consensus and agreement of panel’s opinions. As a result, the constituents of paraeducator job competency are composed of 7 areas with 46 items and deduced constituents of paraeducator job competency turned out to be valid. The results of the study are discussed. and suggestions made based on the results.
