由于大数据、机器学习、人工智能以及其他前沿科学的迅猛进步，使得大学的数字化转型变得更加重要，并且正在引起国际社会的普遍关注。在明确高等教育数字化转型内在价值逻辑、目标逻辑及实践逻辑的基础上，通过研究发现其在实践中存在的作用机理，并依此提出针对性的实施路径，以推动其高质量发展。

With the rapid development and wide application of new generation digital technologies such as big data, machine learning and artificial intelligence, digital transformation of higher education has become a global issue. On the basis of clarifying the inner value logic, target logic and practice logic of digital transformation of higher education, we find out the mechanism of its role in practice through research, and propose targeted implementation paths to promote its high-quality development.
