地方师范型院校应用型人才培养的实践研究

Practical Research on the Cultivation of Applied Talents in Local Normal Universities - Taking the Reform of Food Biochemistry Experimental Teaching as an Example

本文以食品生物化学实验教学为例,探讨了高校应用型人才培养的实践研究。通过对传统实验教学的分析和评价,提出了一系列改革措施,包括实验内容的优化、实验教学方式多元化以及建立综合性评价体系。通过实践研究,我们发现这些改革措施能够有效提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,促进学生的综合素质提升,为高校应用型人才的培养提供了有益的借鉴和参考。

This article takes the experimental teaching of food biochemistry as an example to explore the practical research of cultivating applied talents in universities. Through the analysis and evaluation of traditional experimental teaching, a series of reform measures have been proposed, including optimizing experimental content, diversifying experimental teaching methods, and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system. Through practical research, we have found that these reform measures can effectively improve students' practical and innovative abilities, promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, and provide useful reference and reference for the cultivation of applied talents in universities.
