ADDIE모형 기반 유아교사 재난안전교육 교수역량 지표 구성에 관한 탐색 연구

An Exploratory Study on the Index Configuration for Early Childhood Teachers’ Disaster Safety Education Teaching Competency based on the ADDIE Model: Focusing on the Content Validity Using Professional Delphi Method

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 재난안전교육 교수역량을 진단할 수 있는 ADDIE모형 기반 유아교사 재난안전교육 교수역량 지표를 구성해 보는 데 있다. 방법 안전교육, 재난안전교육, ADDIE 교수설계모형에 관한 선행연구 분석 및 전문가 검토를 거쳐 분석역량(15문항), 설계역량(14문항), 개발역량(18문항), 실행역량(15문항), 평가역량(16문항)의 5개 구성요소, 78개 문항의 지표를 구성하였다. 델파이 조사는 1차, 2차에 걸쳐 학계전문가 5명, 현장전문가 20명, 총 25명을 대상으로 하였으며 내용타당도를 분석하였다. 결과 1, 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 ADDIE모형 기반 유아교사 재난안전교육 교수역량 지표 내용타당도를 탐색해 본 결과 분석역량(8문항), 설계역량(8문항), 개발역량(9문항), 실행역량(6문항), 평가역량(7문항)의 5개 구성요소, 38문항의 최종 지표가 구성되었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 ADDIE모형 기반 유아교사의 재난안전교육 교수역량 지표는 내용타당도가 입증되었으며 문항 내용 및 구성 또한 유아교사의 재난안전교육 교수역량 진단을 위해 적절하게 구성되었음이 확인되었다. 이후 심도 있는 이론적 논의를 통해 지표 개발 및 타당화하는 과정이 진행되어야 할 것이다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to configure index for early childhood teachers’ disaster safety education teaching competency based on the ADDIE model for diagnosis of early childhood teachers’ disaster safety education teaching competency. Methods After analyzing and reviewing prior research on safety education, disaster safety education, and ADDIE instructional design models, five components of analysis competency (15 questions), design competency (14 questions), development competency (18 questions), execution competency (15 questions), and evaluation competency (16 questions) were constructed. The Delphi survey was conducted on a total of 25 people, 5 academic experts and 20 field experts, and the content validity was analyzed. Results As a result of investigating content validity of index for early childhood teachers’ disaster safety education teaching competency based on the ADDIE model through the primary and secondary Delphi survey, final index composed of 5 elements and 38 questions for analysis competency(8 questions), design competency(8 questions), development competency(9 questions), implementation competency(6 questions), evaluation competency (7 questions) was configured. Conclusions Through this study, it was confirmed that the content validity of the ADDIE model-based early childhood teacher's disaster safety education teaching competency index was proven, and that the content and composition of the question were also properly configured to diagnose the disaster safety education teaching competency of early childhood teachers. After that, the process of developing and validating indicators should be proceeded through in-depth theoretical discussion.
