수정델파이 기법을 활용한 중국 대학 무용학과 한당고전무용 교육과정 개선방안 연구

A Study on the Improvement of the Curriculum for traditional Chinese Han-tang dance in the Department of Dance at Chinese Universities Using the Modifi ed Delphi Techniques

본 연구에서는 중국 한당고전무용 교수 및 연구소를 개설되어 있는 9개 중국 대학 무용학과에서 한당고전무용 교육 활성화를 위한 운영방안을 모색하는 것으로 한다. 이에 연구대상으로 선정된 9개 중국 대학의 한당고전무용무용 연구프로젝트 참여자, 대 학 (강)사 등 전문가 20명을 대상으로 수정델파이 기법을 활용한 설문 조사를 하였다. 그 결과 한당고전무용 교육과정 및 개선방안에 관한 개선 요인으로 ‘행·재정’, ‘조직’, ‘교육환경 및 시설’, ‘전문인력 및 교육 프로그램’ 등 4개 항목으로 범주화하여 16개의 세부요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 내용을 바탕으로 중국 대학 무용학과의 한당고전무용에 관한 바람직한 교육시스템 구축방안을 제시하였다.

This study aims to explore operational strategies for revitalizing the education of traditional Chinese Han-Tang dance in the dance departments of nine Chinese universities with established Han-Tang dance professors and research centers. To achieve this, a survey using the Modified Delphi method was conducted with 20 experts, including participants in Han- Tang dance research projects at the selected nine Chinese universities and university instructors. The results categorized improvement factors for the Han-Tang dance education curriculum and approaches into four main areas: Administration and Finance, Organizational, Educational Environment and Facilities, and Professional Staffi ng and Educational Program. Based on these fi ndings, recommended strategies are presented for establishing an eff ective educational system for Han-Tang dance in Chinese dance departments are presented.
