학습자 중심 혁신교수법 활용 수업에서의 학습퍼실리테이터 운영 사례 연구

A Case Study of Learning Facilitator Operations in Learner-Centered Instruction Using Innovative Teaching Methods: Focusing on the Case of Learning Facilitator Support Program at University A

본 연구는 효과적인 학습자 중심의 혁신교수법 수업 운영 및 확산, 대규모 수업 운영의 효율성과 질관리를 위한 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 A대학교에서 진행되고 있는 학습퍼실리테이터 지원 프로그램의 사례를 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 학습퍼실리테이터 지원 프로그램은지원은 학생 수가 많은 수업이라 할지라도 분명히 효과적으로 운영하는 데 도움이 되고, 수업 성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 해당 프로그램이 수업의 질을 관리하고 개선하는데 도움이 되고, 더욱 효과적으로 운영 할 수 있도록 학교 차원의 제도개선과 학습 환경 개선, CTL차원의 운영방법 개선과 사례 및 정보공유의 전략을 제공하는 구체적인 전략이 필요한 것으로 도출되었다.

This study aims to propose strategies for effective implementation and dissemination of learner-centered innovative teaching methods, as well as efficiency and quality management in large-scale instruction. To achieve this, we analyzed the case of A University's Learning Facilitator Support Program, and the findings are as follows: The Learning Facilitator Support Program has proven to be effective in facilitating the operation of classes with a large number of students. And, it has demonstrated a positive impact on academic performance. Therefore, it is concluded that strategies are needed to enhance the program's effectiveness in managing and improving the quality of instruction. These strategies should include institutional improvements at the school level, enhancements to the learning environment, improvements in operational methods and sharing strategies at the CTL level.
