다문화주의에 대한 시민의 인식과 교육 정책 방향

본 연구는 다문화주의 맥락에서 시민 인식과 교육 정책의 중요한 교차점을 통하여 현대 사회의 다문화주의는 시민들이 어떻게 문화의 다양성을 인식하게 되는지, 이러한 인식을 형성하는 데 있어 교육 정책의 역할에 대한 방안을 제시함에 목적을 두고 있다. 교육 정책에 대한 다양한 이론적 틀, 경험적 데이터 및 사례 연구를 바탕으로 시민 인식과 교육 정책과의 연관성을 둘러싼 복잡한 역학을 밝히는 것에역점을 두었다. 이를 위해 예비 교사의 신념과 인식을 조사하고 그것이 다문화 인식에 미치는 영향을분석하였으며, 다문화주의의 역사적 발전과 그것이 현대 교육 정책에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고, 교육을통해 문화유산에 대한 인식 함양에 주안점을 두었다. 다문화 사회에서 시민 인식과 교육 정책 사이의복잡한 관계를 조명하고 보다 문화적으로 인식되는 사회를 촉진하기 위한 효과적인 전략에 대한 통찰력을 제공하고자 하였다. 향후 보다 다양한 교육 정책과 다문화주의와 관련된 활발한 연구가 진행되길바란다.

The purpose of this paper is to understand through the important intersection of citizen awareness and education policy in the context of multiculturalism, this study examines how multiculturalism in modern society causes citizens to recognize cultural diversity and the role of education policy in forming this awareness. Based on various theoretical frameworks, empirical data, and case studies on education policy, we focused on uncovering the complex dynamics surrounding the relationship between citizen perceptions and education policy. To this end, we investigated the beliefs and perceptions of prospective teachers and analyzed their impact on multicultural awareness, explored the historical development of multiculturalism and its impact on modern education policy, and focused on cultivating awareness of cultural heritage through education. It sought to highlight the complex relationship between civic awareness and education policy in multicultural societies and provide insight into effective strategies to promote a more culturally aware society. I hope that more active research related to diverse educational policies and multiculturalism will be conducted in the future.
