최근 은행업계에서는 인공지능을 활용한 AI 은행원을 현장에 적용하고 있다. 하지만 AI 은행원 적용 시현재 여러 가지 기술적인 문제점이 나타나고 있고 은행에서는 이를 개선하고자 노력하고 있다. 이에 본논문에서는 개선의 방법의 하나로 AI 은행원과 ChatGPT의 결합을 제안하며 이 결합으로 인해 문제점들 일부가 해소되고 은행 서비스에 있어 다양한 방식의 변화가 있을 것으로 예상된다. 구체적으로ChatGPT의 이전 대화 내용 저장 및 대화 기능을 활용하여 고객 응대 업무를 AI 은행원이 대신 수행할수 있게 하고, AI 은행원과 지역 사투리가 학습된 ChatGPT를 결합하여 지역 사투리 인식 기능을 통해AI 은행원의 활용범위를 확장하는 방법을 제안한다. 이러한 접근은 은행원이 다른 핵심 업무에 집중할수 있도록 도와 생산성 및 효율성이 향상될 것으로 예측된다. 또한 직원들을 위한 ChatGPT 도입으로정확한 업무처리를 통해 은행 서비스 품질을 향상하고 고객 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Recently, the banking industry has been implementing AI bankers utilizing artificial intelligence on-site. However, the application of AI bankers has revealed various technical issues, prompting efforts by banks to address and improve them. In this paper, we propose the combination of AI bankers and ChatGPT as one method of improvement. It is anticipated that this combination will alleviate some of the identified issues and bring about diverse changes in banking services. Specifically, we suggest enabling AI bankers to handle customer interactions by leveraging ChatGPT's ability to store and recall previous conversation context. Additionally, we propose expanding the scope of AI bankers by combining them with ChatGPT trained on regional dialects to recognize and incorporate regional expressions. This approach is expected to enhance productivity and efficiency by bankers focusing on other core tasks. Moreover, the introduction of ChatGPT for employees is expected to improve the quality of banking services through accurate task processing, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.
