간호대학생의 사회적 지지, 사회적 책무성이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Social Support and Social responsibility on College life Adjustment among Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 긍정적 대학생활을 영위하기 위해 간호대학생의 사회적 지지, 사회적 책무성, 대학생활 적응의 관계를 확인하고, 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G도시에 소재한 일 간호대학의 1학년에서 4학년 학생으로, 총 191명이다. 자료수집기간은 2022년 9월 1일부터 9월 15일까지로 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 설문도구는 사회적 지지, 사회적 책무성, 대학생활 적응이다. 연구대상자의 수는 G power 3.1.2를 이용하여 최소 대상자 수를 확인한 후 총 191부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program을 이용하여 분석하였으며 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-검정(t-test), 분산분석(ANOVA), 피어슨 상관관계(Pearson’s correlation coefficient), 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 대상자의 사회적 지지 점수는 5점 만점에 평균 4.34±0.66점, 사회적 책무성 점수는 5점 만점에 평균 3.98±0.55점, 대학생활 적응 점수는 5점 만점에 3.54±0.69점으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지는 사회적 책무성(r=.67, p<.001), 대학생활 적응(r=.50, p<.001) 간에 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고, 사회적 책무성 또한 대학생활 적응(r=.49, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타내었다. 각 변인들의 대학생활 적응에 대한 설명력은 29%(F=38.39, p<.001)였으며, 사회적 지지(β=.31, p<.001), 사회적 책무성(β=.28, p<.001) 순으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지와 사회적 책무성이 대학생활 적응의 중요한 영향요인임을 확인하였다. 간호대학은 학생들의 대학생활 적응을 위해 사회적 지지와 사회적 책무성 향상을 위한 대인관계 및 인문학교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하고 그 효과를 검증할 필요가 있다.

This study is a descriptive research study to identify the relationship between social support, social responsibility, and college life adaptation of nursing students in order to lead a positive college life for nursing students. The subjects of the study were 191 students in the first to fourth grades of a work nursing college located in G city. The data collection period was from September 1 to September 15, 2022, using a structured self-report questionnaire. The survey tools are social support, social responsibility, and adaptation to college life. A total of 191 copies were used for the final analysis after confirming the minimum number of subjects using G Power 3.1.2. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviationt-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation ciefficients, multiple linear regression using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. As a result of the study, The average social support score was 4.34±0.66, Social responsibility score was 3.98±0.55, and College life Adjustment score was 3.54±0.69. There was a positive correlation between Social support and Social responsibility(r=.67, p<.001), Social support and College life Adjustment(r=.50, p<.001), Social responsibility and College life adaptation(r=.49, p<.001). In addition, the explanatory power of these variables for College life Adjustment was 29%(F=38.39, p<.001), Social responsibility(β=.28, p<.001) Social support(β=.31, p<.001) were found to have an effect on College life Adjustment. It was confirmed that social support and social responsibility are important factors influencing college life adaptation. Nursing colleges should improve social support and social responsibility for students' adaptation to college life. herefore, it is necessary to develop and apply interpersonal relationship improvement programs and humanities education programs to improve social support and social responsibility.
