社会资本视角下的高校民族团结创建

The Establishment of Ethnic Solidarity in Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Social Capital

创建高校民族团结是筑牢中华民族共同体意识和实现中华民族大团结的重要基础，在高校场域中培育社会资本能实现高校的民族团结。本文分析了聚合型社会资本和桥接型社会资本对创建高校民族团结的作用逻辑，并对通过培育两种社会资本来实现高校民族团结的路径进行了理论探讨。

The establishment of ethnic solidarity in colleges and universities is an important foundation for strengthening the sense of community and achieving the overall solidarity of China. Wide social capital can further ethnic solidarity. This paper analyzes the logic of bonding social capital and bridging social capital on promoting the ethnic solidarity, and theoretically discusses the methods of enhancing ethnic solidarity through cultivation of two categories of social capital in colleges and universities.
