The purpose of this study is to research on the development of Teacher’s book and lesson plans for “Online King Sejong Institute Cyber Korean Beginner Course” in 2020 and 2021. The research is proceeded based on the function of Teacher’s book and things to consider while writing lesson plans. In order to make the class more effective, the teacher’s book specified “chapter goals, chapter contents, lesson summery, and class procedures” of each chapters and detailed explanations on teacher’s example sentences along with the references as the class flows. Also the teacher’s book specifically mentioned which contents are related to which chapters in the students’ text book. In basic lesson plans, “class goals, student/teacher activities, necessary supplies or equipment, cautions and notes” are written along with the instructions for pair works through online Zoom classes. One example video is offered in order to reduce teachers’ difficulties during online classes.
