This study is a basic study for the objective speech fluency evaluation of Korean language learners, and aims to examine the characteristics of learners’ speech by quantitatively analyzing the patterns of disfluency factors in speech data of Japanese Korean learners and native Korean speakers. To this end, the repair, repetition and hesitation filler in spoken corpus data of learners and native speakers were reviewed inductively to classify detailed types and analyze differences of usage patterns by type and functions. According to each function of the disfluency factor, it was divided into factors that could be deducted in the actual evaluation and those that were not, in particular, we argued that the factors actively used by native Korean speakers should not be deducted in the fluency evaluation. In addition, since some of the factors that can be deducted can be used as speaking strategies, it was considered reasonable not to deduct points if the percentage of the native speaker’s use was not exceeded.
