Development of a Model for Korean Language Classes Based on the Six T’s Approach

본 연구는 내용중심 수업의 운용 원리인 6T 접근법을 활용하여 시사기반 한국어수업 모형을 개발 방안을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위해 수업을 설계하고 실제 수업을 실행하였다. 먼저, 교재에 수록된 실제 TV뉴스 텍스트 중에서 주제를 추출하고 적합성을 판별하였다. 주제 선정 후에는 연계를 고려하여 최종 배열하였다. 또한 실제 수업 실행을 위해 화제 텍스트를 분석하고, 학습 목표 및 학습 내용을 선정한 후, 과제 개발 및 배열을 실시하였다. 그리고 실제 수업 실행 후, 이를 토대로 수업을 성찰하였다.

This study aims to introduce a teaching framework for Korean language classes that integrates current affairs by applying the Six T's approach, a fundamental principle of Content-Based Instruction (CBI ). The research process involved the development of lessons and their practical implementation. Initially, we selected relevant TV news texts from the textbook and evaluated their appropriateness. After identifying the themes, we organized them with a focus on their interconnectedness. Additionally, for the actual lesson execution, we analyzed the topical texts, defined learning objectives and content, and created assignments. Following the lesson implementation, a reflective analysis was conducted to assess the outcomes.
