Recently there are a lot of researches conducted that cover multicultural education. However most of those researches are irrelevant or impractical, so most of first-line school teachers still teach international understanding or understanding of multiculturalism instead of multicultural education in most cases. Therefore in our case of bilingual education system, a series of practical training activities guided to support development of multicultural education and elementary bilingual education program. In order to help our students with bilingual capabilities we provide all necessary education content and prepare them to be able to live and work in era of globalization.
