The Effect of Community Resilience on Social Adaption of Disaster Victims: Verification of the Moderating Effect of Social Participation

재난피해자들이 재난피해를 이겨내고 일상으로 적응함에 있어 지역사회공동체 탄력성은 매우 중요하다. 더불어 재난피해자들의 적극적 사회참여는사회적응의 중요한 영향요인이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 재난피해를 입은피해자들을 대상으로 지역사회 공동체 탄력성과 사회적응과의 관계를 알아보고, 공동체 탄력성과 사회적응과의 관계에서 사회참여 요인이 조절효과가있는지를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국립재난안전연구원의‘재난피해자 안심서비스 구축’ 연구의 설문조사 데이터를 전처리한 후, 재난피해자 1,738명을 대상으로 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 먼저 공동체 탄력성과 사회참여 수준은 사회적응과 정적(+) 관계로 나타났다. 그리고 공동체 탄력성과 사회적응과의 관계에서 사회참여수준은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 분석결과 내용을 바탕으로 제언을 하였다.

The resilience of these communities plays a significant role in helping disaster victims recover from damage and adapt to their daily lives. Furthermore, the active social participation of disaster victims is essential for their social adaptation. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between community resilience and social adaptation among individuals affected by disaster damage, while also examining the moderating effect of social participation. Using data obtained from the survey results of the National Disaster and Safety Research Institute’s “Disaster Victim Safety Service Establishment” study, this research employed SPSS 22.0 statistical programs to analyze responses from 1,738 disaster victims. The analysis revealed that community resilience and social participation were positively related to social adaptation. Additionally, the level of social participation was found to moderate the relationship between community resilience and social adaptation. Based on the study’s findings, several suggestions were put forth.
