The purpose of this paper is to introduce the present state of the Korean language teaching in Taiwan. Recently, the Korean boom(Hanryu) encourages Taiwanese to study Korean. And the Korea-Taiwan trade has become more active, this is also an important factor of the Korean language learning boom. But the Korean language teaching for the overseas Korean is not so efficient in Taiwan. In this paper, we analyse the problem of the system for Korean learning of overseas Korean and report the present state of the Korean language education in Taiwan.
