Status of Korean Knowledge and Contents of Grammar in Korean Education

This paper aims at exploring relationship between korean education and ‘korean knowledge’, and at figuring out what contents of grammar in korean education are. First of all, I will insist necessities & status of korean knowledge in korean education. Korean knowledge serves to other parts in korean education, namely speaking, hearing, reading, writing, literature as basic knowledge. Second, I will explore scopes of grammar in korean education. Grammar is regarded as four various concepts, especially I examine grammar including morphology and syntax. Third, I will explore contents of grammar, such as morpheme & word, word formation, component & structure of sentence, grammar elements. Grammar elements contains sentence ending, honorific, time, negative, passive, causative, demonstrative expressions.
