연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 청각장애인의 디지털 리터러시가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법: 한국지능정보사회진흥원에서 수행한 ‘2020 디지털정보격차 실태조사’의 데이터를 활용하였으며, 청각장애인 183명을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석 방법을 활용하여 디지털 리터러시, 사회적 지지, 삶의 만족의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 청각장애인의 디지털 리터러시 역량은 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적 지지는 삶의 만족에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 청각장애인의 디지털 리터러시가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 관계에서 사회적 지지는 유의미한 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 청각장애인의 삶의 만족을 높이기 위해 디지털 리터러시 역량과 사회적 지지를 함양시킬 필요가 있으며, 이를 위한 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between digital literacy and life satisfaction of the people with hearing impairments. Method: The researcher utilized the data from the ‘2020 Digital Information Divide Survey’ conducted by the National Information Society Agency. A total of 183 responses from the people with hearing impairments were analyzed. The relationships between digital literacy, social support, and life satisfaction were analyzed using the structural equation model analysis method. Results: First, the digital literacy of the people with hearing impairments had a positive effect on social support and life satisfaction, and social support had a positive effect on life satisfaction. Second, social support showed a significant mediating effect in the relationship between digital literacy and life satisfaction of the people with hearing impairments. Conclusion: Social support, as well as digital literacy, should be intervened to improve the life satisfaction of the people with hearing impairments.
