연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 장애통합어린이집에서 발달지체 유아의 초등학교 전이를 담당한 경험이 있는 장애 영유아 보육교사들을 대상으로 초등학교 전이지원에 대한 경험과 요구에 대해 알아보는 데 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 장애통합어린이집에서 근무하는 장애영유아 보육교사 7명을 대상으로 면담을 하였고, 개방 코딩을 통해 면담 전사 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구문제와 관련된 2개의 주제와 12개의 하위주제 및 관련 내용이 도출되었는데, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애영유아 보육교사들은 발달지체 유아를 위한 초등학교 전이지원이 필요하다고 하였지만, 관련 교육이 부족하다고 생각하였고, 특히 전문가와의 협력, 가족지원, 사회·정서적 지원, 추수지도에서 어려움을 경험하고 있었다. 둘째, 장애영유아 보육교사들은 발달지체 유아를 위한 초등학교 전이지원을 성공적으로 실행하기 위해서 교사 역량 강화를 위한 지원, 인적·물적 자원 지원, 다양한 프로그램 개발, 연수 및 컨설팅 등에 대한 의견을 제시하였다. 결론: 이 연구는 장애통합어린이집에서 초등학교로의 전이지원 실행과정 상의 경험과 요구를 분석함으로써 전이지원에 대한 효과적인 지원 방안을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences and support needs of inclusive daycare center teachers who have experienced transition support to elementary schools for children with developmental disabilities. Method: For this purpose, interviews were conducted for seven inclusive daycare center teachers, and interview transcription data were analyzed through open coding. Results: Two topics and 12 subtopics related to research questions were derived. The main results were as follows. First, the inclusive daycare center teachers said that elementary transition support was necessary, but they thought that there was a lack of related education. In particular, they experienced difficulties in cooperation with experts, family support, social and emotional support, and guidance in follow-up. Second, the inclusive daycare center teachers presented their opinions on the supports for teacher empowerment, human and material resource development, development of various programs, and training and consulting in order to successfully implement elementary transition supports. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it suggests an effective support plan for transition support by analyzing the experiences and needs of transition support from the daycare center to elementary schools.
