연구목적: 중도․중복장애인의 상호작용에 대한 관심이 높아지는 현실과 중도․중복장애인의 상호작용을 증진하고자 하는 중재연구에 주목하면서 본 연구에서는 중도․중복장애인의 상호작용에 대한 연구동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 연구동향을 분석하기 위해 중도․중복장애인의 상호작용에 대하여 살펴본 중재 문헌 25편을 최종 선정하였으며, 선정된 논문은 분석 변인(연구 방법, 연구 대상, 연구 환경, 독립변인, 종속변인, 중재관련 요인(관찰자간 신뢰도, 중재충실도, 사회적 타당도)을 토대로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구방법에서 15편의 논문이 단일연구 방법으로 수행하였고, 6편의 논문이 사례연구로 제시되었다. 중도․중복장애학생의 장애는 뇌성마비와 지적장애, 지적장애와 감각장애, 지적장애와 의사소통장애 등 다양하였다. 상호작용 관련 요인에서 주로 일반또래와 장애학생 간의 상호작용을 살펴본 연구가 주를 이루었고 대다수의 논문에서 신체적 상호작용을 측정하였다. 결론: 연구결과에 기초하여 향후 국내 교육 현장에서 중도․중복장애학생의 상호작용을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.
Purpose: As the importance of interaction in persons with severe and multiple disabilities has been emphasized, researchers have made an effort to increase the interaction of persons with severe and multiple disabilities. The purpose of this study was to review the trends of interaction in persons with severe and multiple disabilities by reviewing literature related to the interaction of persons with severe and multiple disabilities. Method: Based on the criteria suggested in this study, a total of 25 articles were identified. Each article was analyzed with sub-variables such as research methods, participants, settings, independent variable, dependent variable. Results: In research methods, 15 cases were conducted with single subject research methods while 6 cases used case studies. Subjects were mainly comprised of a various domain of disability(physical disability, sensory ability, intellectual disability et al.). In factor of the intervention, the interaction partner was mainly peer and physical interaction was mainly measured in type of interaction. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the study, discussions, implication and future directions of the interaction in persons with severe and multiple disabilities were presented. Also the activation plans for interaction of persons with severe and multiple disabilities were presented in this research.
