지적장애 특수학교 국어 수업에서 나타난 교사의 발문과 피드백에 대한 사례 연구

A Case Study of Teacher Questioning and Feedback in Korean Language Classes at Schools for Students with Intellectual Disabilities

연구목적: 이 연구에서는 특수학교 교실 수업 개선을 기초 자료 수집을 위하여 지적장애 특수학교 국어 수업에서 나타난 교사 발문과 피드백의 유형 및 수업 단계별로 나타난 교사 발문과 피드백의 양상에 대한 사례를 알아보는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구방법: 지적장애 특수학교에서 일상적으로 이루어지는 국어 수업 가운데 9차시를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 이 연구의 결과, 첫째, 국어 수업에 나타난 발문은 1차시 당 평균 59회 발문을 하는 것으로 나타났고, 발문 유형은 폐쇄적 발문을 가장 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수업 단계별로 나타난 교사의 발문 양상은 도입 단계에서 인지·기억적 발문, 전개 단계에서 인지·기억적 발문과 수렴적 발문, 정리 단계에서는 인지·기억적 발문, 수렴적 발문, 운영적 발문을 주로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 피드백은 1차시 당 평균 42회의 피드백이 나타났고, 피드백의 유형은 긍정적 피드백을 가장 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 수업 단계별로 나타난 교사의 피드백 양상은 도입 단계에서 긍정적 피드백, 전개 단계에서 긍정적 피드백, 교정적 피드백, 유보적 피드백, 정리 단계에서 긍정적 피드백을 주로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 지적장애 특수학교 국어 수업에 대하여 논의하고, 효과적인 수업을 계획할 때 기초 자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the types and characteristics of each class stage of teacher questioning and feedback in Korean language classes at schools for students with intellectual disabilities. Method: To this end, the contents from nine Korean language classes ordinarily provided in schools for students with intellectual disabilities were collected and analyzed. Results: The analysis provided several results. First, an average of 59 questions was asked in the first class. The number of closed questions was greatest among the different types of questions. Second, the number of closed questions was greatest in the development stage among the different stages of Korean language classes. Third, there was an average of 42 feedback instances in the first class, and the amount of positive feedback was greatest. Lastly, the amount of positive feedback among teacher feedback was greatest in the development stage among the different Korean language class stages. Discussion: These results are expected to be usefully utilized as a basic material for planning effective Korean language classes.
