현장실습이 지적장애 전공과 학생의 사회적응도와 직업흥미에 미치는 영향

A Study on the Effects of the Social Adaptation Scale and Vocational Interest of the Majoring Course for the Students with Intellectual Disabilities on Field Practice

연구목적: 본 연구는 현장실습이 전공과 지적장애 학생의 사회적응도와 직업흥미에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한 것이다. 연구방법: 지적장애학교 전공과 학생 6명을 대상으로 사전사후 검사설계를 적용하였고, 사전-사후의 변화는 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검정을 실시하여 비교하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 현장실습은 지적장애 전공과 학생의 사회적응도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 사회자립 영역과 직업생활 영역에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 현장실습을 통하여 직업흥미에 변화가 있었다. 직업흥미 영역 중 특히 자동차 정비, 식당서비스, 대인서비스 영역의 흥미도가 높아졌다. 결론: 직업흥미에 따라 직종을 선택하고 배움으로서 사회적응력이 향상되고 흥미를 갖게 된다는 결과를 바탕으로 전공과교육과정에 반영되어야 하는 것들에 대해 논의하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of field practice on social adaption scale and vocational interests of the majoring course for students with intellectual disabilities. Method: Pre- and post-test research designs were applied to 6 students of intellectual disability school majoring course and pre-post-change changes were compared through Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results: First, on-the field practice had a positive effects on students' social adaption scale of the majoring course for students with intellectual disabilities. In particular, it has had a positive effects on the areas of social independence and occupational life. Second, there was a change in vocational interests through field practice. Interest in the automobile maintenance, restaurant service, and interpersonal service area has increased, especially in the area of vocational interests. Conclusion: In this paper, the study discussed the necessity of reflecting on the majoring course curriculum based on the results that the social adaption scale was enhanced and interested by choosing a job according to vocational interests and learning.
